At Myo, we believe in giving back by supporting local community. We source our ingredients from trusted local suppliers, prioritising organic produce whenever possible. We care deeply about the health of our planet and our customers, which is why we take pride in our food, cooking it with love and care.

We are a community–driven cafe, a space for all walks of life to meet and foster the personal connections that are so important in this world.

The name Myo arose from an early morning conversation with a Buddhist monk down in the Lee fields!

Liam, having bumped into this old friend of his, was gently reminded of the core Buddhist chant “Nam-Myo-ho-Renge-Kyo”. There, nestled in the middle of this phrase sat “Myo”. In this Buddhist tradition, “myo” refers to the mystic law that underlies the workings of the universe; it is the intangible, indefinable thing which drives everything.  

This is, in part, what Myo cafe is trying to create – a space where people can be together, and connect with the essence of life, beyond the intellect, beyond the stresses and anxieties.
